Winter Course Registrations – December 1st of every year.
Despite course registrations being submitted during the initial application process, you are still required to submit an updated course registration from your school and the Course Summary Form to illustrate any changes made to your registration or to confirm that your registration has remained unchanged. To accommodate this deadline, you can send your course registration and the Course Summary Form by fax to 780-944-0176, email to genreal@freehorse.org , or to your funding officer directly.

Transcripts or Statement of Grades for the Fall semester – January 10th of every year.
FFWS does not require an official transcript to confirm your Fall semester’s final grades. Transcripts/statement of grades will only be accepted if your name and/or student ID number is printed on them by your institution. To accommodate this deadline, you can send your Fall Final Grades by fax to 780-944-0176, email to genreal@freehorse.org , or to your funding officer directly.

Midterm Progress Report – November 15th for the Fall term and March 15th for the Winter term.
A midterm grade must be given for ALL of your current classes, either through a screenshot from your student portal and/or listed on the Midterm Progress Report form . If you by the November 15th/ March 15th deadlines you will either (1) not have written all your midterms, (2) will not have all your midterm grades back, or, (3) are in classes that do not have a formal midterm, please use the Midterm Progress Report Form and explain your situation in the comments section. To accommodate this deadline, you can send your Midterm Progress Report form by fax to 780-944-0176, email to genreal@freehorse.org , or your funding officer directly.

Failure to submit documents by the deadline will result in a delay to your next month’s deposit of up to one month. If you are unable to submit required documentation by the deadline, contact your funding officer immediately so alternate arrangements can be made.
